Our cancellation policy requires that any cancellation be made no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is made after this period, a fee of 20% of the total treatment cost will be charged.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure to do so in good time.

For us, it is important that you can make an informed decision and feel secure throughout the entire process.According to law, a consultation must be carried out no later than 48 hours before an aesthetic injection treatment.
