Late cancellations

At E’Peau, we strive to meet your needs to the highest standard. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us well in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will incur an administrative fee of 20% of the total treatment cost.
As we have a limited number of available treatment sessions, we kindly ask you to honor your appointment time.
Delayed?

We understand that you may occasionally be delayed. If you anticipate being late, please call us to let us know. In some cases, we may choose to reschedule your appointment or offer the time to another client. If we hold the appointment for you, please note that it may not be possible to complete the full service you originally booked.
